One build fee, milestone-paid, owned outright on handover. No retainer, no auto-renewal. The formal terms are being finalized with counsel before launch.

The shape of the deal is already public on the homepage: a scoped build in the $3k to $8k band, paid against milestones, handed over with the repo, docs, and keys. The optional aftercare window is a fixed-price warranty you can cancel anytime.
